Stunning property, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The pools and beach were immaculate. Food was good and the all-inclusive is such a treat. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Most of the staff were polite and friendly.
The AC did not work our first night there. Facilities came out earlier in the day and said it was fixed but that was not the case. I called reception twice and both times was told they were sending someone and no one ever came. For the price we paid, we should’ve had adequate air conditioning.
There was one member of the staff in particular who made me uncomfortable. He kept asking about my daughter and it just made me uncomfortable.
The room was not clean enough. The bathroom was not clean. The price does not match the place at all.
