- reasonable price for breakfast + we liked that the offer was wide but they prepare smaller portions in general and when they run out, staff can prepare more = minimal food waste
- microwave for everyone in the corridor
- wi-fi connectivity issues
- dripping toilet is disturbing the night

Rooms are comfortable.
It’s far from the Karuizawa Station snd no proper transportation available including Taxi.
we went as family of 10 members 6 Adults and 4 Children. In -4 degrees temperatures snd no street lights we walked 2.3 KM in the night . It was horrible experience with children. 😔
