Petit déjeuner très copieux, personnel au top, toujours disponible, emplacement bord de l'eau magnifique, rien à dire. Je le recommande à ceux qui hésitent encore, très belle expérience, personnel réactif et sympathique.

The breakfast was adequate and delivered on time.
The swimming pools were very pleasant.
The view across the lagoon was delightful.
All the staff were polite and always helpful.
The BBQ area was clean and much appreciated.
There could have been a few more kitchen utensils, eg plates, mugs, and cutlery and the lighting in the kitchen area could have been a little brighter for cooking.
As older people we didn't like the steep driveway if we wanted to go for a walk to the shops or to catch a bus. Maybe there was a less steep access, but we didn't investigate that possibility.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Our room was comfortable and close to the restaurant and pool.
It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were amazing - so welcoming and helpful. Grounds were well kept and the restaurant had great food.
Wifi was very inconsistent, and service at the restaurant was slow at times. Shower in our room was not good, hard to get hot water - it would go very hot then very cold.
Some other hotel patrons were upset that we had our kids at the resort, even though it’s advertised as family friendly. (We tried to keep them as quiet as possible!)
