The breakfast was adequate and delivered on time.
The swimming pools were very pleasant.
The view across the lagoon was delightful.
All the staff were polite and always helpful.
The BBQ area was clean and much appreciated.
There could have been a few more kitchen utensils, eg plates, mugs, and cutlery and the lighting in the kitchen area could have been a little brighter for cooking.
As older people we didn't like the steep driveway if we wanted to go for a walk to the shops or to catch a bus. Maybe there was a less steep access, but we didn't investigate that possibility.

The people were lovely and friendly. Our evening meal was amazing and the bed was comfortable.
There was no hot water, mould in the shower and around the kitchen sink and on various kitchen utensils, around the front sliding door and the back of the vanity sink. There was a dead squashed gecko on the bench. There was only one powerpoint that worked in the kitchen. We were not advised that we could not swim in the lagoon or that the massage service was not available. The breakfast included was not great (toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit). The air conditioner remote for the 2nd bedroom was missing. The TV had no reception. The front porch light was broken. Wifi signal was poor. The bedroom door wouldn't latch closed.
