Exceeded expectation and views and location were just amazing! Literally had the ocean lapping outside our room. Also decor was super lovely and real beach feel plus everything spotless!

Beautiful beach frontage with excellent views, hot tub, range of other facilities such as kayaks , BBQ, spades, laundry etc. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable room and bed

We found this among the most expensive places we stayed at in NZ and for the price point I would have expected a dishwasher. Some furnishings need updating too.

Well equipped facility in a nice seaside setting

Ground-floor rooms have have an inferior sea-view and suffer from noise from the apartment above ( insufficient sound-proofing). No aircon and opening windows on ground floor raise security. Not best value considering what we paid but overall we enjoyed our stay.
