Convenient location 20’ walk from bus terminal, 15’ walk to river esplanade & old town & restaurants cafes & supermarkets nearby. Supermarkets & fruit & vegetable shops had the best supply of fresh produce I’ve seen since being in LA countries.
Was in front room on the road & woken each night by speeding bikes & cars so need to use ear plugs or book into another room on arrival. Room is also outside the main door of the hotel & rather concerned about that even though door had a deadlock.

Well located, hostel turned to hotel style, low budget, low expectations accommodation. Good value for money
No proper breakfast. Just pastry, sweet coffee from coffee machine. Might get noisy if fully booked.
