Everything starting from the reception team, room view, cleanliness, pool side and off course the location which is connected to the mall

Room was nice.
The service was extremely disappointing. I requested water, which took 30 minutes to arrive. I later ordered a cappuccino but was served a regular Nescafé instead. During checkout, I asked the bellboy to collect my luggage, yet no one came for over 30 minutes, despite the hotel not being busy
