AC in the room was working perfectly. Dinners were good, great selection, lots of healthy options - veggies, salad. Restaurant housekeeping staff were very nice. rooms clean, with balcony. pool was very nice
1) Noise from discos around the hotel was terrible! 4 out of our 6 nights in the hotel were sleepless due to loud music till 6am. (the other 2 nights were stormy so I guess this is why clubs were closed) they should at least provide an ear plugs, and consider soundproofing rooms.. 2) staff barely speaks english so it was difficult to communicate. I asked staff at their tourist office to help me book a tour, as tour they offered was sold out. They refused to help me, and were talking and laughing in french behind desk, knowing I cannot understand- very rude. 3) breakfast selection was very poor if you don’t or can’t eat sweet breakfast. sometimes there was a tomato, but no other veggies. no oats or nuts. 4) no fridge in the room, I booked double room and we’ve got a room with 2 single beds 5) at the check in we were only told what time meals are served. no other info. I would expect to be told about their entertainment, eg. tennis, aqua classes etc.. if they don’t speak english they should at least have a leaflet in english that they could share with us. in my opinion this isn’t a foreign- friendly hotel. This is a nice hotel with a lot of entertainment ONLY IF you are French (or speaking French) family with kids and grandparents. if you’re not, then you should consider another hotels
