The resort is fantastic. Our kids had a great time, and my wife and I had time to relax and recharge, and yet share wonderful moments with our two children.
Selecting the restaurants ahead of time was hard , and it would be great to have a way to select activities ahead of time and being reminded. There is so much going on, and sometimes not close, that you really have to check the watch which is not easy when you are in the pool the all time :)

The hotel room, Pool and friendly staff.
Very bad room service. Takes 45-60 minutes to bring a pot of hot water or tea/coffee or anything.
When ordered food previous evening for 6AM breakfast, they bring the food at 635am just 25 minutes before our tour bus arrived that too after we had to call them.
The food served almost same dishes all three nights and day we stayed.
The beach was empty because it was smelly due to pile of seaweeds rotting along the beach and water was black in color.
