夕食、朝食共に大変おいしく、よく考えていると思う
施設はきれいに整備されて古さを感じさせない
接客は皆さん素晴らしい。自信をもって対応しているのが伝わる
夕食後はいらないが、朝食後のコーヒーは1階に行かなくても飲める工夫をすべきと思う

夕食も朝食も手間暇かけたもので、美味しいうえに目でも楽しめるものでした。
従業員の方の振る舞いに温かさを感じました。
座敷の部屋で座るのに苦労したので、椅子が一脚でもおいてあると、ありがたいです。

The onsen was good and the staff were friendly, attentive, and could speak English.
We were in the second wing, which was a bit of a walk. The overall condition looked slightly dated.
