We enjoyed the water sports as well as the swimming pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The dinner buffet could have more options as a lot of it is seafood, and having a seafood allergy made it difficult for me to enjoy dinner.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The view is absolutely exceptional and breathtaking, making the whole experience even more special.
A special thank you to the amazing staff, especially Mr. Gilbert Chen, the Front Office Manager. He is one of the best managers I have ever met in the hotel industry. He helped me a lot and went above and beyond to make my special day unforgettable.
The kindness, professionalism, and hospitality of the team truly made my stay memorable. I sincerely appreciate all the effort and care they showed.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxury stay with excellent service. I will definitely come back again.

Только месторасположение. Отель до сих пор старается быть на высоте, но это не уровень Хилтон. Парни швейцары молодцы! Встречают- провожают отлично!
Персонал не ориентирован совершенно на европейских туристов, завтраки тоже абсолютно китайские. Ничего против не имею, но хотелось бы разнообразить
