The hotel was decent, amenities were decent, the gym was very poor (3 cardio machines compared to a single dumbell bench for resistance training. Half and half would be better)
The best part was the staff. They were all excellent

Excellent location. Quiet. Dark curtains. Excellent staff…
I was cold at night, too timid to ask for another blanket. This with the climate control off..
The breakfast was good, except the eggs and beans tended to be not very warm
