The place was fairly empty so they upgraded us to a waterfront 2 bedroom apartment. It was great. Two firm king sized beds with really good pillows. 2 and 1/2 baths, two full upstairs, 1/2 down where the kitchen and living room are. Great kitchen, full sized fridge, full oven and stove top, dishwasher and microwave. Balcony looking over the water on the main floor, sliding glass doors on the bedroom floor. Really good hot water, good water pressure. Secure parking. Easy walk over the river to restaurants and bars. A great stay.

Was given an upgrade - huge space which was appreciated. Felt clean and super comfortable.
Enjoyed my stay and maybe back again due to interstate travel changes.
Some of the gardening edges/pavers needed relaying.
Not sure if Owner or long term tennants there also?

It was a cute room to stay in, beautiful location was lovely going for walks at sunset
There was no housekeeping our whole stay, we needed to go to reception to get fresh towels
$$$$
