The bed was comfortable and the hotel was convenient for my stay as I was visiting SAM. I liked the onsite restaurant and parking outside the room. The bathroom was compact but looked newly renovated. I used the spa which was nice once the noisy children had left! ;-)
I ordered breakfast in my room and the toast and coffee were good but served in takeaway containers. Perhaps that is standard these days, but I would have liked my toast on a plate and my coffee in a cup.

The room was very clean,the bed verycomfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
Everything was great.No hiccups.

Restaurant at the hotel was great. Great food!
On arrival our bathroom was dirty with someone’s black hair all in the bath and on the floor. As hotel is on main road I recommend you dont get a lake view as very noisy. Spa and pool was cold which was a bit disappointing.
