Excellent location along the river.
Easy to access, secure covered car parking.
Close to main business district and eating venues.
Nothing to say here.

The view and size of the room. Convenient location.
The bed looked amazing. But the mattress was terrible, and it squeeked every time one of us moved.
The quilt on the bed smells old and musty, like it needs a good clean or be thrown out.

Friendly staff
Comp drink on the river.
Free water
Very noisy patrons on the same floor, loud conversation and general noise till 11.30+ at night.
I had an early start at 4am and didn't think I would need earplugs so I could go to sleep
Also I left my special orthopedic foam pillow and was not notified... I was in Bundaberg all day for work, I could have picked in up.
