The room was truly exceptional, unlike any other.
The price was extremely high, $500 per night without breakfast is really steep. They need to review this range.

Великолепный просторный сьют. Отличная кровать и подушки
Когда заселился, в номере не было питьевой воды.
Ее принесли утром, причем персонал зашёл в номер без стука.
Неразбериха в процессах - хотел продлить номер ещё на одну ночь, позвонил на ресепшн. Меня четырежды переводили с одного номера на другой, где каждый раз приходилось объяснять по новой что я хочу.
