Reputed hotel in Thamel.
The location is the best thing about this hotel. Everything in thamel is a walk away from here.
I was on the 7th floor with a city view. But I could also see the mountains. Right above the 7th floor is the roof top and the view of the valley and the mountains is amazing.
The food here was good as well, especially the Nepali tea was fantastic.
I booked a room with a balcony but there was no proper photo of the room while I was booking.this creates a lot of confusion as you do not know what you are paying for.
Arriving here they also made a mistake and gave us a room without a balcony.
But they were nice enough to sort out the issue and offered us a room with a balcony. The balcony was extremely small and nothing exciting. We ended up staying in the room without the balcony as it was on the 7th floor with better view.

I would 100 percent stay here again if in Kathmandu. Right in the middle of Thamel to walk around to great food, shops etc. Yet has a more upscale feel and super relaxed vibe while in the middle of the city. The staff were wonderful and kind and helpful with all of my needs. I also got a massage at the spa which was great! Highly recommend. Oh and the view from the rooftop is fantastic. 10/10
