Tidiness, Stress-free, Welcoming. Jayne was amazing and shared tips and knowledge that improved my experience with my Cook Islands Trip.
Parking was the only challenge as the Canoe rack meant other tenants found it hard to put the canoes away.
Hard to see the sign when your flight arrives after hours. Would suggest to have Solar lights on the road sign for situations like that.
These were not deal breakers, but would have taken my voting to perfection.

Location was great, close walking distance to a small bakery and just a few metres down the driveway to the beach.
The space in the 2 bedroom villa was excellent, the balcony was good too. Being upstairs gave us more privacy from other guests, than had we been on the ground floor.
The bedroom walls do not meet the ceiling, meaning there is NO privacy. You can't see each other, but you can hear every noise someone makes in the next room, or the living area. Reading at night with the bedside lamp on, was seen by my children in their bedroom, watching a movie in the evening was frustrating, as my children, in their room, could hear it from the lounge, even pulling the curtains in the morning shone light into their room - even though their door was shut.
Honestly, having no ceilings over the bedrooms is just weird! It was unexpected, was not mentioned in any of the advertising. It made us all cross. The only private room in the villa was the bathroom.
Also, the neighbours dogs barked relentlessly through our 9 day holiday. From our bedroom, we could see the dogs - tied up and just barking at everything - guests walking up the drive, cars etc. We were woken EVERY morning by barking and it continued throughout the day. It was totally awful. On just one episode they barked for 25 minutes solid. It was not conducive to a relaxing holiday.
