BEST IN TOWN

Everything seems so good to me. Easy access to the pool. Breakfast also good. Worth repeat.

Lift open and close too fast, dangerous for toddlers.

Parking was not a problem, any time of the day you can still get a parking lot. Pharmacy, convenience stores and a supermarket located nearby hotel.

I checked into the 1st room with faulty air condition, leaking toilet leaving the floor always wet and ants. Complained to front office and request for change of room the next following morning. The 2nd room came with a sliding door that cannot lock and worst the glass door was supposed to be mounted to the wall but instead the whole glass door can slide when pull. Request to change room but front office informed all rooms occupied and they will inform maintenance to repair the lock. I have to pack, again and the polite housekeeper let me to store my belongings in the previous room while waiting for maintenance to arrive and will arrange to return my belongings to the room once repair done. I was not present when maintenance came as i have a prior engagement to attend. When i came back in the afternoon, the lock was repaired but the door can still slide. Another complaint to front office and this time my presence to make sure the maintenance guy repaired the door. Imagine what will happen if the room condition went without knowing and the safety of the guest is at risk. The housekeeper was very helpful and that compensated the bad experience. No complaint on the room other than the sliding glass door problem as mentioned earlier. The cafe air conditioning not working when having breakfast on 16th May 2023, it was stuffy. Had a short breakfast and left. The next morning breakfast voucher did not used it.

the bellboy service is not available.nobody was helping me while i was struggling moving my luggage + handling my 2 kids at the same time😔.

Unfortunately we went there during Ramadan Fasting. Bathroom could do with a good clean with mould cleaner. Several fittings in the room had been removed with cables exposed.

Everything is fine until I have my breakfast in the morning.

Nothing special to shout about. Except the surprise free voucher which I change for a cup of orange juice.

I don't like the poor quality of the breakfast. The Hotel breakfast don't even have sausage. For the Nasi Lemak, the hotel really make me feel like I am eating Nasi with the sambal (Chili Paste) only. There is no hard boiled eggs prepared, some cucumber is all they have. Aha, the anchovies are mix with the nuts which I will have preferred they separate it as the one they prepared is full of peanut rather than the anchovies. There is no Egg station too. Coffee also don't have and they only provide hot tea. When you try to give feedback to the Chef politely, He have the cheek to say "its Chef Way". So bodoh @ stupid. Should be more humble and listen to feedback. Let me tell you they behave like that because its not their business. Let's see how to sustain him when business is poor and people do not subscribe to the hotel breakfast. Summary = Breakfast is poor compare to my previous stay & experience at this same hotel. It is really not acceptable they don't even serve coffee for the buffet. Even the steam red bean bun once you eat it, you can feel its taste of poor quality food. Might as well don't serve that steam bun. It just reflect on the insincerity of the person that prepared the food.

most of the facility is not taking care seriously , toilet in room are yellowish like long time not being scrubb , dusk all over glass , coffea area , mirror , tv channel are not working , pool view are incradble but inside the pool can feel lot of sand , all over tile in this hotel need to take serious scrub, electronic plug should to be install properly, lobby area should be update to chearish . the good side is food for breakfast are all good taste and suitble menu for this kind of hotel price, in room service food also well presentable , and taste delicious.hotel also have good price for walk in lunch customer , also have gym are and libary . staff are also well train over all if this hotel be well maintainence on cleaning it will be more insta friendly hotel to youngers customer

it is one of the best hotel in the city centre. there’s not much hotels available hence it is since they are the only hotel with swimming pool available in the 10km radius

just a normal boutique hotel. nothing much to be said. just enough for you to sleep and rest

Strategic location, nearby with market, pharmacy n restaurants, etc The staff are pleasant and helpful.
