Best motel we have stayed at in Australia so far.
Really clean. Comfy beds. Comfy sofa and chairs.
Good water pressure in the shower.
Good parking and out of sight of the road.
Nice swimming pool.
Aidan and Alex are super helpful.
As well as what’s listed in the kitchen there is also an electric frying pan which is great. Meant we could cook a decent meal. First motel we’ve found that has provided this. Makes self catering really easy.
Town is just a 25 minute walk so very accessible.
We returned here to go snorkelling and afterwards we had a medical issue. Aidan and Alex were really helpful again accommodating us and making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you. ☺️

Lovely spot, great facilities and match the description and online photos. Great value for money. Staff were excellent, welcoming, warm and friendly, and always available for advice and questions.

It was OK. You get what you pay for kind of experience.
The manager was great, helpful and welcoming. We asked for fresh towels everyday and they brought us fresh towels daily.
The beds were super comfortable (in fact we moved to a famous 5star hotel in Cairns after this but we liked the mattress better here)
Nothing fancy, but it was clean, welcoming and spacious. We used the pool and the kids had fun there too.
