Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, nice breakfast with decent options for vegetarians, and tasty welcome drink at check in. Everything is great. My favourite part of my stay was: 1) The staff: everyone is so kind and thoughtful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. 2) The Favola restaurant: exceptional Italian food, lovely view, great atmosphere.

Nothing, but as some reviews have mentioned, some of the rooms can be a bit hard to find. Worth booking one of their rooms overlooking the pool area to be closer to the restaurant and facilities.

There were lizards all around and we were uncomfortable with them however we managed.

The staff is nice and very friendly. The room was very big and very comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

The spare blanket in our room was extremely dirty and smelled very bad. I initially sent this feedback privately to the hotel because I wanted to allow them to address the issue directly. However, I never received any response or acknowledgement, so I decided to share my experience here. For a hotel of this standard, cleanliness should be one of the most basic expectations, especially when it comes to bedding and items provided inside the room. Unfortunately, the condition of the spare blanket was unacceptable. It was visibly dirty and had such a strong, unpleasant smell that it made me question when it had last been properly cleaned. What disappointed me most is the lack of attention to detail. A spare blanket may seem like a small thing, but these small details are exactly what distinguish a high-standard hotel. Something in this condition simply should not have been left in a guest room. I was also disappointed that after taking the time to provide this feedback privately, the hotel did not respond or acknowledge my concerns. Overall, there were many positive aspects of our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, this issue — and the lack of response afterward significantly affected my impression of the hotel.
