For sure location. Staff and their communication.
The room was not maintained properly. The furniture was old and damaged, the bathroom door knobs were broken, and the towels provided were old, torn, and not suitable for use. The extra bed was dusty and rusty, the bathtub taps were broken, and the chairs had visible stains.
