Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat teilweise auch Deutsch gesprochen, was die Kommunikation einfacher machte.
Ausserdem hatten wir einen grossen sicheren Stellplatz in der Garage sowohl für unsere Motorräder als auch ein Auto samt Anhänger.
Die Unterkunft war in einem guten Zustand und alles sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war ok, wenn auch typisch italienisch süss.
Die Zimmer sehen leider nicht so aus wie auf den Abbildungen. Offensichtlich werden für alle Arten von Zimmern die gleichen Fotos verwendet. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht und in der Beschreibung war sogar ein Schreibtisch zu sehen.
Bei meiner Ankunft erhielt ich ein recht dunkles kleines Zimmer im Erdgeschoss welches kaum Tageslicht hatte.
Das ist vor allem wegen der ganz schlimmen Beleuchtung im gesamten Hotel sehr störend gewesen.
Die Lampen haben ein Leuchtmittel mit extrem kaltem Licht, sodass man fast erblindet wenn man das Licht anmacht. Insbesondere wenn man Nachts mal etwas Licht braucht tut das wirklich weh in den Augen. Das wurde mir auch von meinen Mitreisenden bestätigt.
Glücklicherweise habe ich ab dem zweiten Tag ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon und besserer Aussicht erhalten. Einen Schreibtisch hatte dieses zwar auch nicht, aber es war durch mehr Tageslicht bedeutend komfortabler. Das grelle kalte Licht hatte man dort aber auch.
Das WLAN ist sehr langsam.
Die Säfte am Frühstücksbuffet sind aus Konzentrat anstatt frisch.

Hotel gradevole, tranquillissimo in zona un po’ più elevata rispetto al paese. La discesa al paese risulta facile e breve mentre per la risalita si può prendere l’autobus gratuito. Colazione buona e personale molto gentile. Nelle vicinanze c’è un bel sentiero facile raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti. Una sera abbiamo cenato scegliendo il menù a colazione ma si può decidere anche nel pomeriggio rientrando dopo l’ora di pranzo. Piatti buoni e abbondanti.
