Clean safe and quiet

Satisfied that the environment is very elegant, although the facilities are not very new, but the emphasis is on cleanliness.

Need more English speaking staff for a better experience.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, iluminadas y muy limpias. Las amenidades de cortesía (particularmente el café) que brinda el hotel son un plus y hacen mucho más agradable la estancia y la experiencia. El personal es amable y muy atento. El wifi funciona sin problemas en todo el hotel. Viajamos por trabajo y es una ventaja que desde las 6 a.m. esté disponible el buffet, que tiene un muy buen servicio a buen precio. El hotel está alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero en nuestro caso la ubicación nos favoreció porque es muy cercana al recinto de la feria. Un dato a destacar es que nos permitieron tener nuestro autobús en su estacionamiento durante la estancia, lo cual nos fue de gran apoyo. La opinión general de nuestro grupo es que el Gamma Pachuca ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Volveremos sin duda.

Nos informaron que el check in era a las 3 de la tarde pero nos entregaron las habitaciones casi a las cinco, por lo que tuvimos que esperar en el lobby y, siendo noviembre en Pachuca, hacía bastante frío. Nos explicaron que tuvieron un contratiempo con la limpieza de las habitaciones para la entrega. También notamos que los ruidos y las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas se escuchan más de lo esperado. Quien tenga ligero el sueño tómelo en cuenta. Salvo eso, todo muy bien.

Awesome breakfast and nice room.

The girls at the front desk. Unfortunately, their lack of common sense. Room service - dirt dishes on the hall...I mean, more than 24hrs until someone pick them up? Are you serious?

Worst experience in Mexico, by far.

The cleaning lady was very helpful. And that’s it, nothing else.

Everything, the price, the cleanliness, the noise, the bathroom, the shower, the carpet was so dirty that my sneakers got “glued” to it, the water in the shower had no pressure, and it was 5 seconds hot and 5 seconds ice cold, impossible to take a pleasant bath, the towels seemed like an old rag, please save your money, and your mental health, stay away as far as possible from this place.

Really good for the price, however it needs a tiny bit of improvement.

The outlets in my room were broken. I would put my cube in all the way and it wouldn’t even enter the outlet and charge my device super slow. That was the only disappointing part.

Awesome hotel for a great price. Exceeded my expectations by far.

The hotel is very nice and has awesome beds. Every room has everything that is needed and more (couch, lazyboy, bed tables, huge TV, USB wall outlets).

Some of the furniture look a bit old and the closets, made with painted wood seemed very odd and out of place. The bathrooms are very good but the water pressure on the shower varies randomly.

Very helpfull service staff, personalized attention!

Location is outside the city center, good for my purpose, avoiding traffic. Furniture outdated, but acceptable. Rooms are clean and spacy. You can ask for breakfast to go. You can also ask for Mini-fridge if you stay longer. Food delivery accepted! Restaurant unfortunately with limited international menu.
