We had an upstairs room and it was big, very comfortable, clean and also had a great covered outdoor terrace with a fabulous view of the sea. The pool was a good size, clean and great for swimming in.
The breakfast was good, had a few different options with lots of fruit available.
The hotel had a few restaurants close by.
The bed was big and very comfortable.
The staff were friendly.

Direkt am Strand, immer liegen vorhanden. Das wichtigste gibt es in den Zimmern und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Auch der Laundry Service gegenüber ist gut!
Ich kann von einem Aufenthalt im Sunset House Lombok trotzdem leider nur abraten. Es traten gleich mehrere erhebliche Mängel auf. Zwei aktive Baustellen sorgten für durchgehenden, massiven Lärm. Auch Roller und Meer waren nachts wahnsinnig laut. Zudem ließ die Hygiene stark zu wünschen übrig: Der Gefrierschrank, welchen wir nicht angefasst oder benutzt haben, lief aus und die Bettwäsche war teilweise gefleckt oder fehlte. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut, das Obst hat nach nichts geschmeckt.
Der Umgang des Managements mit den Umständen war / ist inakzeptabel. Statt einer Entschuldigung gab es nur Ausreden. Nachdem mir zunächst gesagt wurde, ich solle mich bezüglich einer Rückerstattung melden, wird nun alles abgestritten und jegliche Verantwortung von sich gewiesen. Sehr unprofessionell.
