Service across the venue was excellent including Bistro Supervisor Naomi during breakfast.
Access from the car park and motel but works are being carried out.

Room was large , bed comfortable.convenient location.
Rooms are a little dated , curtains don’t close properly, no microwave. No Tv in bedroom. Tv in lounge to high on wall .
Restaurant big breakfast was a little disappointing , and cafe food not terrific. Very disappointing on a whole as Rich River did have a good reputation for food once upon time .Staff around the complex are hit and miss, most are oblivious if patrons are there or not half the time . Nice staff “ Margi “ on gaming floor .
