everything was AMAZING! we all really loved the place and our stay. Katja was so very helpful, in the run up to our arrival and once we were there. We booked a sauna experience and dinner for our last night and both were fantastic. we were made to feel so welcome.
a self catering option for the twim rooms would be good for longer stays. and a slightly bigger fridge!

Unique location, beautiful nature and wonderful hospitality! Katja and Sirpa and their team were fantastic and took great care of us! Fantastic and authentic homemade food! Must try the smoke sauna, it was exceptional. We loved the snowshoeing activity and the snowmobile trip. Really a wonderful place to visit! Also, we were super lucky and experienced an incredible Aurora Borealis show!
Not seeing any bears because they are hibernating.

We loved the location in the wilderness enjoying the peace and quite directly located by a beautiful lakeside. Hiking, rowing, reading, watching bears nearby - there is a lot to do also in early summer when we went.
The rooms are simple but comfy and decorated neatly with love and care. Beds give you a comfy rest, showers are hot and strong and everything is spotlessly clean. Wonderful view right into the forest from the room’s window.
The food is awesome. Fresh, with local dishes and ingredients, we could enjoy two delicious dinners.
For breakfast there was also a wide variety with cereals, porridge, fruits, cheese n’ ham, breads, eggs….everything you wish for.
Last but not least the lovely and friendly staff - thank you for giving us such great two days of rest. We will certainly come back to your great hospitality!
