The hotel offers simple, functional rooms that are a good value for the location. Being in San Blas puts you near plenty of restaurants and attractions. We specifically chose this hotel because it is right next door to Green Point, which turned out to be the best vegan restaurant we've ever eaten at. Having it literally steps away for lunches, dinners, and breakfast was easily the best part of the setup.
The front desk staff were very friendly, and the laundry service was fast. We dropped our clothes off in the morning and had them back the same day.
The main drawback was the noise in our ground-floor room. Sound carries easily, so we were woken up early by people rolling suitcases past at 5:00 AM, breakfast prep at 6:30 AM, and people talking outside. Light sleepers may want to request a room away from the main ground-floor courtyard or hallway.

The staff was really nice and very accommodating.
The beds are very uncomfortable, there is no heat in the room and the layout of the room is very inconvenient
