I absolutely loved my stay! The room was huge and exceeded my expectations, and everything was clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. The indoor pool and spa were definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was being on the top floor with no lift, so the only way up was via the stairs. Other than that, I honestly couldn’t fault my stay.

Welcoming and presentation.
Thought the view would have been a little better. WIFI not great for watching tv.

Room 33 had a heatpump/ tv and spa bath with a view all in the one space which was ideal.
The bathroom itself was outdated ( low water pressure from the shower, old shower fittings, old and faulty light fitting and extractor fan ).
The vanity light is also faulty as was buzzing ( fluorescent tube lights when buzzing are an indication that the starter are faulty).
The bathroom was also cold and could do with a bathroom heater.
