the apartment was lovely, comfortable, in very good location. It was close to cafes and restaurants while still in a quiet area overlooking the water.
We arrived after 2.00 pm. The reception was closed and we received a message with instructions on how to retrieve the key. We did that and went to the apartment. However, about half an hour later the staff member walked into the apartment and insisted that we had taken the apartment which was booked for someone else. We were accused taking 2 keys. Perhaps we did get the wrong apartment but we followed the instructions and picked up the only key which was in the locked box accessible by a code given to us in the message. A very unpleasant first hour on the property.
Some renovations were being carried out in the next apartment but landing was not cleaned and dusty footprints left by trades people were left in the foyer for our entire stay.

Good undercover parking, nice pool, pleasant view
Water laid under the outside table due to heavy rain could an issue for owners.
