Moc pěkný hotel s příjemným personálem.
Trochu úlet je wellness. Platí se tam za x položek, vstup, ručník, prostěradlo, zapnutí sauny, vodu atd. měl jsem pocit, že budeme platit i za vzduch. Ten Wellness byl trochu zklamání, ale hotel je perfektní.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot sehr gelungen.
Sehr enttäuschend fand ich dass das Hotel mit dem Predikat ,, Wellness Hotel,, wirbt. Ich bin extra vom Chemnitz angekommen, auf der Durchreise, und hatte mich auf die Sauna etc gefreut. Zu meinem Erstaunem verlangte das Hotel für eine Stunde (!!!!!!) Saunabesuch ( infrarot 50x2 box) 70€ (!!!!) extra. Sowas habe ich noch nirgend auf der Welt erlebt. Nicht mal die Tophotels in den Hauptstädten verlangen sowas. Auf mein Schreiben dass es Abzocke ist und das Hotel einfach mal die Bewertungen dies hinsichtlich sich zu Herzen nehmen sollte, kamm eine lauwarme Entschuldigung. Sehr bedauerlich.

Hotel położony na trasie z Karlowych Warów do Polski, czyli bardzo korzystnie. Pokoje obszerne, z pięknym wystrojem (mój w stylu egipskim), niezwykle wygodne materace! Łazienki duże i czyste. Bardzo miła obsługa. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Parking na zapleczu hotelu, w cenie pobytu. Na noc obszar parkingu zamykany jest kratą w bramie, więc jest bezpiecznie. Hotel dysponuje windą. Ogólnie bardzo miłe, pozytywne zaskoczenie.
Nie mam żadnych uwag.
