Very clean room, great parking and help with luggage. Lovely products in the bathroom and really comfortable bed, bedding and great facilities.
If I’m being really fussy, the bar toilet/ cloakroom could do with a refurb, felt much less high end.

Entrance and grounds beautiful. Staff very welcoming. Hotel smells amazing.
Room and bar furniture tired. Noisy floor boards outside room.
Stayed in lower star hotels which felt more special.
