I had a wonderful stay. I really liked the 24-hour tea and coffee service, the convenient laundry service, and the nearby parking. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. I also appreciated the strong water pressure in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
The iron on Level 5 needs to be cleaned. There appeared to be burnt residue and something sticky, like melted candy, on the soleplate. Unfortunately, it damaged my new pants while I was ironing.
When I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This is not suitable for families or non-smoking guests.
Before checking out, I noticed a dirty small towel left on the upper shelf, which suggests the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable every morning. The hotel provided good value for money, and its location made it convenient to reach major attractions such as Batu Caves, Petronas Twin Towers, and Bukit Bintang by Grab.
The room size was quite small for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was located very close to the bed, and the opaque glass bathroom door did not provide enough privacy, making it uncomfortable to use when staying with family members. A more private bathroom design and slightly larger rooms would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
