We had a really nice stay at the Villa. It was slightly further out than we originally thought so it required a taxi to get into Ubud centre where all the good attractions, restaurants and bars were, but that was not an issue (more a fault on our part).
The Villa was very spacious, outdoors kitchen and seating area and and good sized pool to relax in. The room was really big with plenty of unpacking space.
Staff were really helpful and always someone on site to speak to.
Breakfast was really good, they had a good range of choice and you could order for the time you wanted. They would give you a call before they delivered to say it was on its way.
All in all we enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful location which allowed us to relax.
A few areas need to be refreshed, taps were loose on sinks and the shower tap kept falling off.
There were some stains on the bedding which we didn't notice due to arriving so late. We did inform staff about it the next day and they did change them straight away.
The main door was not fully secure and could easily be pulled open which again we informed staff about and they said they would look at but this was not fixed during our stay.
The safe could do with being secured down as it could easily have been taken from the room.

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed a lot.
Maybe as an idea, for ppl with kids will help if the pool is heated.

It gave us the feel like staying at home away from our home, everything about our 1 bed room private suite villa was exceptional and hosts were so good that they don't know the word "No" you ask for anything and they will provide you.
There is nothing to mention here and there is nothing which we don't like here.

The villa and place was absolutely gorgeous, nothing to complain in that regard! Unfortunately we haven't used the amazing pool due to constant rainfall for like 4 days. The staff were helpful but had difficulties with understanding us when we had requests
The roofs were leaking pretty bad because of the rainfall. I totally understand that nobody can control weather conditions, but the roofs should be better maintained in order to make sure that the bedrooms stay dry. Because of the leakages, me and one of my friends slipped pretty bad which put me into bed for 1 whole day where I had to get a doctor because I couldn't walk and move without a lot of pain. We complained about the leakage but they said: yes yes, lot of rain. I afterwards contacted Booking.com and they requested a partial refund which they declined because they said they haven't received complaints - which is not true. I bet this is a wonderful stay when there's no rain, but this caused slippery floors which occurred in physical injury.
