初到野沢村，拖着行李箱一路爬坡，累得苦不堪言，等到了山上，被眼前的景致震撼了，这也太美了！我在木屋民宿一连住了三晚，世外桃源般的日子，安静舒适，老板娘餐食做的非常美味丰盛，而且三天都不一样，和食、西式都好极了。民宿一家人非常友好，我们虽然语言交流有些障碍，但他们非常照顾我，还把我送到车站。
床垫有点薄，所以不十分舒服。

Naoko-san and Masao-san took good care of me, giving me a lift to the summer bamboo shoot festival on the night I arrived (I drove the other nights once I had gotten familiarised). Additionally, a delicious home-cooked breakfast was prepared for me each morning. I originally planned to stay for just two nights, but I extended for one more night because I enjoyed the location and the lodging.
I can imagine in the winter, it will be much busier. Also, the lodge is a little ways out from the town centre, the uphill location will prove challenging if you walk - it’s located right next to the slopes for skiing. However, I chose it for this reason - I wanted a quiet stay some distance away from the (still largely quite) town, and right in the middle of the summer slopes lush with greenery, crops, and wildflowers. Additionally, I'm sure some transport can be arranged if you discuss with Naoko-san and Masao-san.
