Exemplary service from attentive staff in all sections of the hotel from amazing Breakfast service to amazing service and care from the in rooms service.
I was sick with a viral infection and the cooking staff made very simple food for me to eat which was tasty too .
The staff have also been exceptional in helping me receive a parcel which has come late

It was a good pleasant stay in this property and hotel its self has good entertainment and near by shopping shops and food availability.
The internal building maintenance is required. The commode water was too hot to use and my room A/C leaked water and at night wasn’t cooling. Another point I would suggest the reception staff to put remarks for next staff’s shift about the hotel residents (special remarks or notes)

It’s just outdated. The staff is friendly but the picture are well created on their website. In reality it’s an older hotel with a lack of maintenance
