It is very well located near the small port town of Sami (ferry to mainland and boats to the nearby little island of Ithaka).
The nearest fully equipped beach, Antisamos is 5 km away (10 minutes by car).
The room is very modern, clean and has enough space for everything just like the bathroom does. It has a car park.
The self check-in was very smooth.
You can use the swimming pool for free at the restaurant next to the Drogarati Cave (2 km from the studio).
There is a coffee machine and 2 capsules to use which is nice but no sugar next to them (of course it's not a big deal, just a little thing to consider).
