Great atmosphere.cool& calm.
Breakfast menu is gud ,but can still improve.Room Tv channel selections should improve.

The complementry should be included for all categories room and the way of booking. Or the awareness should be created. We felt very to know at the last minute that we are not eligible for the breakfast. Or atleast you can one single payment for s couple

Breakfast was good. The location is not that great. It is a bit far off from the city. It is closer to the airport though.
The worst part was that the check-in staff would give only one key, stating that it was due to a security requirement. That is a first for me, all over the world. They need to stop this lame excuse and improve on this. Employees need to be trained a lot more. They are not professional in hospitality services, particularly those at the check-in / reception. Restaurant staff were very good and polite and courteous.
