The breakfast was decent and the location was good. The main bus terminal is within 5 minutes walking distance, and the main bus lines transport one to the main cultural sites and seaside destinations (Stoja, Veruda, Verudela, the Pula aquarium). The property is in walking distance - 10 to 15 minutes to the Arena, the Giardini (Gardens Square), historic town, museums (many of which are located in or near the historic centre and can easily be reached on foot).
The host is welcoming, pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, and also speaks several languages fluently. The outdoor garden space is lovely and along with the forest in the back of the property provide for peaceful and serene evenings on the property. There is also parking space at the back of the property.
There was a problem with the shower head in my unit, which the attentive host replaced within a couple of days. A couple of lightbulbs along the upper outer staircase and balcony also needed replacing.

The shower didn’t have a door or a curtain, so a bit of water leaked into the rest of the bathroom

Kamer is niet geschikt voor vele dagen, daarvoor is het best klein maar verder geen minpunten.
