Nice modern rooms. Comfortable.
Unless your the top floor you hear loud footsteps from the room above. Room doors on spring closers so lots of door slamming noises at night.
Guy serving breakfast seemed like he didn’t want to be there but did he appear he was the only one there. Coffee tea bags and hot water could have been easily improved by the professional coffee machine in the bar but seemed unwilling to turn it on.

Room 1 was superb — spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with awesome views overlooking the estuary. The food was very good too, with a great cooked breakfast to set you up for the day.
The beer garden was a real highlight, sitting right on the water’s edge — a fantastic spot to relax and take in the views.
Overall, a great-value stay in a beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend!
The only downside was the very limited parking. There is paid parking available just around the corner, but it would be worth being aware of this before arriving.

Shower was mouldy, wholes in bathroom wall, carpet poor, generally needs a make over, they are living off past glory,

"The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Fresh berries with yogurt which we liked. I had a cooked breakfast which was delicious and well cooked. My Grandchild and her didn’t want cooked breakfast..."
