Always...staff is what makes me come again to be honest...second...Wonderful location...everything within walking distance...Convenient and efficient transportation system of Panama...choices choices at affordable rates...Restaurants/bars/café s shopping/tourist attractions and nightlife...if all the issues of the property could be fixed...I probably won't stay anywhere else.
My stay of this split accommodation wasn't the best...as I had to take a look at three rooms in order to be accommodated comfortably...the basics of what guest needs is not available...no cable channels in some rooms, A/C not working properly, scalding hot water instead of bearable temperature...and the room I finally decided on the WiFi was in and out and weak when it stopped buffering...but I lived with it for the night as my previous stay the previous few days wasn't bad...some much needed attention and updates is necessary for guests to have a wonderful stay...all this for me outweigh the value.

I enjoyed coming to this property...which is mostly due to staff's welcoming and accommodating nature...this does stand out for me and glad to see familiar faces as a repeat guest.
Its close proximity to everything I need in the area or downtown for that matter played a role in my decision to stay, plus it's budget friendly for those on a budget....it's convenient location makes life easier for walking.
However...there's a lot of issues at this hotel that needs to be addressed with management or corporate...too much to mentioned...as with my previous stays....it would be repetitive at this point.

Nasty. Ladies at reception were nasty. A complete lack of professionalism. They had us wait to check in for over an hour because she was busy with some paperwork.
Customers first, then paperwork.
