Fantastic pool, spacious rooms and exceptionally helpful staff. Plenty of parking and close to a fab bakery, lovely fresh fish restaurant and a short walk to the beach, town is further away so you would need a taxi or drive to make it easy.

Just a walk to the beach - great location. Parking available. The room is simple but comfortable.
The pool needs an upgrade. The breakfast does not offer value for money and does not cater for those who may have intolerances. However, the friendliness of the staff was second to none.

Superb value.
Nice, clean, spacious room with a large balcony and a great view over the bay, mountains & town of Kalamata.
The bathroom is just great.
My room (207) was like a studio apartment. Minifridge, a little oven with a 3-electric cooktop. I didn't use any of it, but it's a neat option. Extractor hood, seriously. Even pans in the cupboard.
A table with 3 chairs and a vanity desk for the ladies.
The window and balcony door had a flyscreen and also sun blinds.
The AC was old, but it works just fine. At one point, i woke up because i set it too cold.
The staff is very sweet and helpful. They'll serve you a perfect breakfast in the morning.
It's on the edge of Kalamata (Fare), so ideally you'll need your own transportation.
Tho, the beach and a couple of restaurants, 2 supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away.
It has a large pool. I was there in May, there was no water in the pool. Didn't bother me. I'm sure it's all set up during high season when there are more guests. Pools are expensive, i understand.
Great value ! Sweet staff, great room and Kalamata is a nice town.
Loved my stay. I spent 2 weeks in Hellas in 5 hotels, ranging from €55 to €115.
Fotini was my favorite. Efcharisto !
Nothing. I liked everything.
If they would refurbish it with modern stuff, it would become exponentially more expensive.
And stuff is just stuff.
If you like fancy, there's a hotel for you just down the street. You'll pay a Miami price of at least €300/night there.

Location and view
Shower is embarrassing small and unfit for use because of the black mould in the shower base and surrounding tiles
Swimming pool appears to have green Algae and not appealing
Room lacking in comfortable seating
Hotel should have provided bottled water on guest arrival
Breakfast was extremely basic and lacked choice
