Clean, Near bus station, stores University

Great value near stores and university. Nice helpful staff. Bus station only a few blocks away so if going to Punta Cana as I was it's perfect.

I would just add more info on restaurants or activities or places to go nearby. The bed was good but needed new pillows, I did let them know. Still a good value and location if you need the bus.

pleasant enough not to complain

old building, a bit improvised, rooms were spacious

hot water took a long time to get to the 4th floor. finishing touch was missing.

Great fairly independent place to stay

Very good and affordable place to stay. Big rooms and the internet and facilities work fine. Staff are friendly and efficient.

The only negative thing is that they turn off the air conditioner in the afternoon and then you have to call them to turn it on again. Other than that, no issues and all good.

Good for a short time

It is located about 5min from the Bávaro Express bus stop which was very convenient for me. Also, the staff was nice and helpful.

There were no plates or dish soap in the kitchen and there was hair all over the floor.

Very good

The price was really good and the room was big and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

I took a shower the first night and there was hot water. The next morning I took another shower and it was more lukewarm water. So it might be unreliable

Everything was ok 👍, very clean room, nice staff especially alex and jose , the metro 6 minutes walking, parking was ok .and very safe place.

It’s OK place to stay in

Location And I have not seen any roaches and that’s a positive thing for me because I stayed at some places in another country that had roaches I have a refrigerator in my room is full size kitchen basically was thinking everything there’s no element to cook with that’s OK My room has a lot of room in it I like that I have cable television I don’t speak Spanish so I’m able to watch news in English CNN I like that

The stay was just below average.

The receptionist was very helpful and supportive. The location is perfect for access to supermarkets and food restaurants.

The room did not have a microwave, the use of the iron was only via the receptionist, there was no holder for toilet paper and the toilet tank was leaking. The building did not have a generator for power generation when electricity was lost.

convenient for an overnight stay

nice big rooms with convenient parking and 24 hour reception service

the first room we were put in had a huge cockroach in it. the staff allowed us to change rooms.

Had to hold the shower hose, much further from Zona Colonial than expected.

Very friendly people at the reception desk.

No hot water; the family room was gloomy. Maybe it is a good place to stay if you travel there for business, but I would not recommend it for people with kids.
