Excellent service from the staff. Big space for all of us and most importantly its really clean, air conditioners are good, bath tub is clean and other facilities provided are clean too which makes all of us enjoy and comfortable during our stay.9

This villa is highly recommended for everyone, especially families for their good hospitality, services and cleanliness.

The hospitality from Pete was great. He was very responsive to all of our requests and provided us with valuable informations that we needed. The villa was superb. Although the villa is located slightly far from Ao Nang beach, the Tuk-tuk service provided by them was really helpful to go around. The pool was an additional bonus. Would also love to highlight the welcome drinks provided upon arrival, the Roselle drink which was very refreshing. Overall, we had a good stay in Krabi and thanks to this villa for making our holiday a perfect one.

We were in Villa 4 and it was perfect. we were three generations of family staying here and the rooms and Villa were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Loads of facilities and a perfect sized outdoor area and pool. The staff are all amazingly friendly and we’re fantastic even when we had some neighbours who refused to acknowledge the villa ts and cs and were incredibly noisy through the night disturbing all of the other residents. They did what they could to manage this for us. They also helped us book trips and ask any annoying questions we had! Thank you so much to all of you!

The location isn’t perfect but they provide a tuk tuk service in to the main areas which is only chargeable after certain hours. The location isn’t a deal breaker though.

Nice Villa, but Wrong treatment

1. Overall our stay was good and nice. 2. In terms of clean, the Villa is excellent and well kept. Everything looks new. 3. Pool was nice and clean. 4. The Tuk Tuk service to Ao Nang beach is very convenient. Staff was very helpful. Good Job.

1. Tuk Tuk service is free till 6PM only. If extended to longer hours will be great. 2. Pool was a bit small for the villa or the numbers of guest staying in (we are 9 of us). 3. We were very disappointed with the way we was treated in the Villa during our stay. We were 9 guys and on the first day of our stay at night, the next door guests (family) was making too much of noise till late night as 4/5am. But we did not complaint it to the management. But the next day, one of the staff showed us a rules and regulations printout that showing “DO NOT MAKE NOISE AFTER 10PM” to us instead the next door Villa guest. This is very wrong judgement which humiliate us as "ONLY GUYS WILL MAKE NOISE". But the next door Villa is a Family who made the noise the whole night. We are very unhappy with this treatment. I would have rate this Villa 10/10 if they did not humiliate us like this.

Comfy villa yet remote from central area

the villa is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped, free tuk tuk service and breakfast are nice

the location is quite far from Central area and animations (10min by car) the noise of the swimming pool machine at night, the fact the swimming pool was built on the wrong side of the villa: mostly in the shade hence water was cold and not great for tanning You have to order your free tuk tuk quite in advance and text system is not ideal

the villa was exceptionally clean with daily change of towels and the minimal issues were immediately addressed and taken care of by the great host

Best Pvt Pool villa for stay in Krabi for a big group

- Hospitality was really good. We were greeted by the manager of the villa the moment we arrived. - Even before we reached, we were asked about pick up facility from the airport. - The property was ready for us the moment we arrived. - She explained us very well about the whole property on arrival and we were served with refreshing towels and welcome drink. - They provide free tuk tuk service to Ao Nang beach twice a day, to and fro. - The other short distance travels offered by them to the night market and other places were also quite reasonable. - We also got help to book a day trip to Hong Islands at quite reasonable rates. - The property was upto date and very well planned and designed. - Spa services available at the property on request.

Perfect Villa for family

suitable for family with 10 people, they charge extra 30 baht per person. Great facility and the house has bbq fireplace, washing machine, big bathroom in master bedroom, surrounded with planting, feels like home. Good wifi connection, staff is so polite, and they even do short briefing for facilities available in the house

Overall very happy with this place, would love to return

Property was larger than photos and well maintained. Bbq coals provided so we could enjoy the evening. Pool was clean. Staff cleaned everyday and water provided, clean towels etc. Tv had English channels for us including sport. The only thing that slightly let this property down was there was a lot of ants in the kitchen, the cleaner gave us some bug spray but I’m not sure if some sort of pest control might be better carried out. Tuk tuk service was useful too. Information provided at check in such as restaurant recommendations etc was great. Overall a great stay.

A lot of ants coming up through tiles in kitchen. Bug spray is ok, but pest control might be better.

Amazing

We had a great stay, amazing house, amazing staff, all was perfect!

Only issue was that it was a bit out of town. Taxidrivers had a hard time finding there :(

Very good

Short drive to the beach, comfortable house and pool lovely and clean. Staff accommodating and friendly. Plenty of room and bed large and comfortable. Easy kitchen to use and bbq was a great idea.

Somethings could be maintained a little better such as the range hood in kitchen doesn’t work, all tap fittings in main bathroom need to be fixed and maybe some acrylic glasses for outside. First night I cut my foot open on broken shards of glass from previous people staying there. We hosed off the outdoor area after picking up 8 small pieces of glass and washed the area. This could be avoided if wine glasses and glasses were not glass.

Really enjoyed our stay

My favourite place I’ve stayed in the whole year I have been travelling. It’s a little pricey for just two people, but actually, 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and bath tub is amazing if you have enough people. I really loved the big kitchen, friendly staff and the extra lengths the staff went to ensure our stay went well. Thanks again.

Mosquitos - but they give you plenty of ways of getting rid of them, but perhaps if they smoke the property in between guests if possible would be better.
