The property felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We only stayed one night, but we loved the beautiful gardens and nature around it. Seeing parrots in the garden in the morning was lovely.

Barbara and Otto were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and were very accommodating, even allowing me to continue working on my computer at the dining table after check-out while I waited for my ride. Their kindness was greatly appreciated. The house is clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful gardens both at the front and back. From the street, it's hard to imagine the lovely oasis hidden behind the wooden gate. The location felt very safe for a solo traveller, and it was an easy walk to the local farmers market on Saturday, which was a wonderful experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend Barbara and Otto's B&B, especially for solo travellers looking for a safe, welcoming, and peaceful place to stay.

A couple of small points for future guests: arriving at night from the airport, I found it a little difficult to locate the entrance sign and call box, as it was partially hidden by greenery. I also found the pricing slightly confusing, as the amount advertised online differed from the rate quoted on arrival.

We loved the kind, thoughtful hosts, and the breakfast was lovely. The garden is beautiful, and we rented all 5 rooms. They are clean and spacious, and the bed is sooooooo comfortable.

Please add tissues in the bathroom.
