We only stayed one night and we were grateful to secure the room as Zabljak was very busy. Helpful friendly staff. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with a separate living room.

Great location for visiting national park.
Fantastic staff, Hamza was brilliant,suggested the local meals to try and his choices were very tasty. Really enjoyed our evening. He’s a credit to this hotel. Also the blonde young lady was very helpful and also a credit to you.

Me and my brother stayed here 2 nights traveling on motorcycles. The staff was super friendly and rooms were very clean. Bathroom had plenty of space and beds were comfy. I would highly recommend staying here. When I saw the price of the room I was concerned the rooms would be small and dirty. I was mistaken after viewing.
Beds were comfy and sheets and comforter was warm.

The location was good and the room was spacious.
We didn’t find the welcome very warm. I think we smiled more at the staff during our stay than they did at us.
What really disappointed us was that on our final morning, there was no breakfast buffet like on the previous days because we were among the only guests staying. We were given a very disappointing plate with some fried dough tossed on it. We had to ask for a drink ourselves because that was not included in that poor breakfast. Honestly, we wouldn’t have dared to serve that ourselves.
Another downside was that the staff used their phones on speaker while they had nothing to do, which is disturbing for guests.
There are definitely still some areas for improvement in this hotel.
