Big, properly run hotel. Nice swimming pool (extra cost). The good feature - shelter inside the building (in the basement) and alerts system in the rooms.

The staff were professional and helpful. The location was good - close proximity to a mall. There was an ironing room for guests to use free of charge.
The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Hot water was mostly lukewarm. Breakfast lacked variety and was mostly not tasty. The fridge in the room barely cooled.
