Lovely, comfortable B&B located in a quiet residential street about a ten minutes walk to central Wanaka. Very warm, friendly and thoughtful hosts, who provided useful information about local restaurants, hikes and places worth visiting. My early departure was kindly accommodated with an earlier than usual breakfast. Can definitely recommend.

The hosts are terrific and invested in making sure you have a good time but also give you plenty of space during the rest of the day and evening as they live just adjacent. Any of their recommendations were worth taking and they really care that you have an enjoyable experience around Wanaka!

Einfach unvergesslich!
Unser Aufenthalt im Criffel Peak View Bed and Breakfast war etwas ganz Besonderes und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns unglaublich willkommen und bestens umsorgt gefühlt. Der Service war einfach großartig – aufmerksam, herzlich und mit so viel persönlichem Engagement, wie man es nur selten erlebt.
Ein ganz großes Dankeschön für die vielen wunderbaren Tipps und Empfehlungen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben! Man merkt hier sofort, dass Gastgeber mit Herz dabei sind. Zimmer, Lage, Aussicht, Frühstück – einfach alles war perfekt.
Wir sind mit einem Lächeln abgereist und nehmen ganz viele schöne Erinnerungen mit. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 💛

I enjoyed the friendliness and conviviality, particularly at breakfast time. I was made to feel completely welcome and included which was lovely travelling alone and I also got to meet some very interesting people.
No grumbles.
