The staff. They were brilliant. So helpful and friendly. We had a few problems with the room and housekeeping and they dealt with it all very well. Great customer service. The food was excellent. I had the best rib eye steak I’d had for years. The pool was lovely. The room and bathroom were clean. See below.
The property was a little tired. It was great in the room and the bathroom was new apart from the bath. However on first impressions the outside looked dirty and run down. The patio tiles needed cleaning and the front door just needed a paint. Not a big job but would make a big difference to first impressions.

The staff are what make the place. The locations is great too -
But the hotel could do with a major overhaul it is very dated. And the breakfast options are pretty poor for the price you pay. More fresh fruit and modern breakfast trends would be appreciated.
