I stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall, I was pleased with my stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the cleaning service was provided every day. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy reach. For anyone looking to tour Bogotá, the location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest advantages.
However, as a first-time visitor to Bogotá and as a Black traveler, I also had an experience that I feel is important to share.
During my time in the city, I felt that racism was very pronounced. In several places I visited, I perceived a noticeable difference in how I was treated or looked at because of the colour of my skin. While I understand that individual experiences can vary, this was something I encountered repeatedly enough that it became difficult to dismiss.
The most disturbing experience happened at Bogotá International Airport, where I witnessed and personally experienced situations that left me deeply uncomfortable and reinforced my concerns about racial profiling.
I have travelled to other parts of South America, and based on my personal experiences there, I did not encounter racism in the same way or to the same extent as I did in Bogotá.
I want to emphasize that this is based on my personal experience as a Black visitor, and I cannot speak for everyone. Bogotá has many wonderful places, friendly people, and plenty to offer tourists. However, my experience with racial discrimination was significant enough that I believe it is important for other Black travelers to be aware of it when planning their visit.

Convenient. I was there just for.one night arriving in the evening and leaving early morning
Good location maant restaurants and the museum are nearby. But on Sunday night most places are closed

The room is fair, Good price, Good location, and Good Breakfast, walking distance restaurants and shops, close to the historic center of the city and main areas.
On the first day we had a problem at check-in, we were given the wrong key to an occupied room, we had to apologize and go down to get a new key.... no acknowledgement of the error, no apologies..., also on the last day, when returning to our room, we found the door was open... we were told it was because of the cleaning staff, nothing was taken, but the room had not been cleaned yet, super weird, these two experiences made us feel really unsafe while staying at this hotel, we would not come back, the hotel itself is good, but these little things and an unninterested staff left us with a bad experience.
