Die Lage und das Hotel insgesamt. Durch einen Wechsel in der Administration hat noch nicht alles geklappt.
Die neue Administratorin - Alexandra - war aber sehr hilfsbereit, flexibel, freundlich, sehr engagiert und tüchtig. Ein Kompliment an sie. Bitte leiten sie ihr dies weiter, verbunden mit unserem besten Dank.

Location was good. Place was clean. Pool right outside the door.
TV did not work.

The Condo was clean and spacious.
There was no drinking water in our condo which was disappointing. We stayed in several other places in Mexico during this trip and we always had clean drinking water available in the room either free or for a charge. We had to boil our water so we could drink it.
